One of my friend had two eating disorders. The first was a form of anorexia, where she ate a restricted amount of food and over – exercised. This is reason why she suffered from Binge Eating Disorder, causing her weight to go from about 110 to 185 in a period of 8 or 10 months. Now she’s recovered and have been exercising regularly and trying to lift her weight for two months and for those 2 months she has not lost her weight.
I want to tell you that you should be aware of eating disorders when you’re trying to lose weight or gain weight.
Julia(the girl from the story) asked few dietitians and they told that she will have a long way to recover due to the damage done to hers metabolism by the eating disorders. They recommended her healthy eating, while she will continuing to lift her weight, she should do cardio too and eventually her weight should stabilize.

I asked my girlfriend about weight loss tips that’s what I heard:
1. Pick a quick weight loss diet
2. Pick a rapid fat burning exercise
3. You can (but not have to) pick supplements that support the body
My girlfriend (Emma) told me that there are a number of safe effective rapid weight loss diets on the Internet. And when you want to lose weight find one that does not eliminate food groups ore require fancy foods. Emma said that most of these programs work by shaking up metabolism, and you may find a few that start with a body detox to eliminate the toxins that may have built up in your body.
So when you did that you should select a lose weight programs(or program) or in other words a exercise program that will get your metabolism kicked up a notch. It depends on you what kind of work out you will choose, maybe you want intensity or you prefer to feel like you are playing. You can find a lot of different sites with lots of exercises.
My girlfriend said that taking supplements is optional and on the market you can find a variety of supplements that provide extra support to the body so loosing weight is easier.

Welcome back
Today I will write about when use lose weight programs.
One of my friends Daniel asked me “when should I work out? Before or after rapid weight loss diets?”. I said to him “before you eat”. But he wasn’t sure(nor was I), so we asked couple of people, who are in to fitness and diet.
Daniel weight 143 lbs and he doesn’t eat breakfast and very rarely, lunch. He walks three times a day; in the morning, afternoon and evening for about 25 minutes each time.
When we asked people mostly friends of our friends
. We heard that everyone should eat after they work out because working out speeds up metabolism greatly, and eating just after you work out(especially protein will build more muscle and burn more fat. So if you’re looking for weight loss, eat a couple of hours after working out, to burn off the weight you’ve gained. On the other hand if you’re looking for fitness, before, because your body isn’t still in the digestive state and you can use more energy, also eating afterwards will help build muscle and even burn a little more fat.
You have to remember that only using exercises you won’t be able to lose weight. You have to use weight loss diets. You will find some 3th person reviews on my site.

The other day my co-worker Jessica wanted to lose some weight. She is 23 years old and weight 120 pounds. It doesn’t sound overweight but in her opinion her stomach is huge. She said that since rice fills you up quickly, she would only have to eat small amounts all day, but she also heard its lots of CARBS and CALORIES, so she thought about brown rice or rice noodle and Alfredo sauce. Her idea for that was 1 month rice diet and some exercises. But she wasn’t sure about that whole idea, so she asked few friends and they said that if she want to stick to noodles, then she don’t have to limit herself to specific noodles. All noodles practically have low amounts of nutrition. One of her’s friend ate one box of mac n cheese per day for a week and lost a lot of weight. Some one mentioned about spaghetti O’s, which are probably the best pasta option, cause you can eat a whole can and barely get any calories. Other thing she told me was drinking a lot of water helps a lot. She tried to drink eight glasses a day. It’s that important, because it will keep your metabolism going. She heard that she can still eat fruits and vegetables too, but not too much and the reason why is a sugar they have( from sugar you will gain weight). After asking her friends she tried that died and now she’s on 3th week and she’s lost 7 pounds. Maybe it isn’t rapid weight loss diet but still it’s working.
Jessica has problem with her exercises so next time, she will go to professional trainer. I think it’s a good idea, but on-line she can find a lot of free or paid training programs. And after this program she will have to rest from diet detox and other loosing weight methods.

I have a girlfriend and she thinks, that her weight is a problem( I don’t agree with her
), so few weeks ago she went on line and ordered one of a “magic” diet program smth like Fat Burning Furnace. I thought that is a waste of money. Was I wrong? Every were are people, who want to give the best ultimate answer ever – stuff like this. So when everybody wants to screw with our money, why should I trust them!? Anyway…
My girlfriend tried many diets and quite a few detox diets with different results, but she’s never been satisfied.
